A joint strategy for border issues of Russia-EU coordinated at the meeting of the Russia-EU Subcommittee on customs and cross-border cooperation on April 26, 2007 (sub-paragraph 1 of paragraph 2.4 of the Work Plan) is fully implemented by FCS of Russia and the European Commission.
